- champignons - 700 g.
- water - 50 ml.
- vegetable oil - 50 ml.
- vinegar 9% - 2 tablespoons (if 3-6% - 3)
- bay leaves - 3 pcs.
- peppercorns
- salt, sugar - 1 tsp with a slide

1. Mix water, oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, bay leaf and pepper.
2. Put it on the fire.

3. Bring to a boil and add the mushrooms. At first, they will not be completely covered, but later they will release juice.

4. Cook the mushrooms for 10 minutes and leave to cool.
