Ingredients:
- mackerel
- butter
- salt
- seasoning for fish
- lemon juice
- soy sauce
- oil
- hard cheese

1. Put a few pieces of butter in a glass dish.
2. Cut each half of the mackerel fillet into 3 pieces.

3. In turn, roll each of the resulting pieces into a roll and secure with a skewer.

4. Mix the spices and herbs in a separate bowl.
5. Add lemon, soy sauce and oil.

6. Dip each roll in the resulting sauce.
7. Put in the mold and place the fish in the oven.
