If you need to prepare a hearty lunch in 20 minutes, use pita bread. You can wrap any filling in it and simply bake the formed tubes in the oven. It's delicious with cheese and herbs.

Ingredients:
- chicken egg - 1 pc.
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- dill, parsley - to taste.
- hard cheese - 200 g.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- pita bread - 200 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cheese, egg, spices and herbs.
2. Cut the pita bread.
3. Add the filling.
4. Wrap in tubes.
5. Brush with egg yolk.
6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
7. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
