Traditional pilaf takes a long time to cook in a pot. And if you need to cook this dish for lunch, use the lazy version in a pan. It will take only 15 minutes.
The idea of cooking a quick pilaf for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Ryzhkova (natali_ryzkova). Beef is the best choice for this dish as it is not too fatty, but juicy.

Ingredients:
- 500 grams of beef
- 1 large carrot
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper, spices
- 200 grams of rice

1. Chop the carrots and onions and fry until golden brown.

2. Add the chopped meat.

3. Stew everything over high heat and add spices and salt.
4. When the meat is almost ready, add the rinsed rice.
5. Pour 2 cups of boiling water.

7. When there is almost no water left, reduce the heat and cook until tender.
