Ingredients for the dough:
- butter - 170 g
- sugar - 100 g
- egg yolks - 4 pcs
- sour cream - 250 g
- honey - 300 g
- flour - 400 g
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1.5 tsp.
Ingredients for the cream:
- sour cream - 600 g
- powdered sugar - 100 g
- vanilla flavor - 2-3 drops
- prunes, walnuts - optional

1. Add sugar to the soft butter and beat with a mixer.
2. Add the egg yolks one by one, while continuing to beat, sour cream, liquid honey.
3. Combine flour, cinnamon and baking soda in a separate bowl.

4. Stir and add to the liquid ingredients.
5. Beat everything until smooth at low mixer speed.
6. Put the dough into a 25 cm baking dish.

7. Put in a preheated oven to 175 degrees and bake for 40-50 minutes.
8. Cool the finished sponge cake completely and cut into two cakes. If a mound has formed on top, cut it off and make a crumb out of it.

1. Beat sour cream, sugar and vanilla flavor with a mixer until fluffy. If the sour cream is low fat and does not whip, you can add a thickener.

2. Spread the cream on the top and sides of the cakes.
3. If desired, add prunes and walnuts on top of the cream and between the cakes.
