For the sponge cake:
- flour - 125 g
- cream - 125 g
- sugar - 100 g
- cocoa - 40 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- baking powder - 1 tbsp.
For the cream:
- Philadelphia cream cheese - 500 g

Method of preparation:
1. Sponge cake : beat eggs with sugar, add cream, then flour, cocoa and baking powder, mix gently. Bake the sponge cake in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 C. Be sure to let the sponge cake cool, and then divide the cake into two equal parts.

2. For the cream: whip the cream until fluffy, add the powdered sugar and honey, mix and add the cream cheese and whip again until thick cream.

3. Form the cake: lay out the cake, put a lot of cream on top and carefully fold the cake over. Grease the edges and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
