Ingredients:
- 1 kg of meat (pork, you can use chicken breast)
- 1 orange
- 1 onion
- herbs
- salt, pepper - to taste
- 10 pieces of potatoes

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into small pieces so that it has time to cook with the potatoes.
2. Add onion, herbs (to your taste), salt, pepper and juice of one orange to the meat.

3. Press it all into the meat well, cover and leave it to marinate for 2 hours (you can do it longer).

4. When the meat is well-marinated, put it on the skewers.
5. Take a mold, grease it with vegetable oil, put potatoes cut into 2 parts, a little salt and pepper on the bottom, and put the kebab on top.
