Ingredients:
- buckwheat groats - 100 g (dry)
- minced meat - 400 g
- onion - 1 pc
- carrot - 1 pc
- water - 100 ml
- tomato bolognese sauce - 200 ml
- cream 30% - 200 ml
- salt, pepper, spices

1. Boil the buckwheat.
2. Sauté onions and carrots in a frying pan.

3. Combine buckwheat, minced meat, salt, pepper, and spices.
4. Knead thoroughly.

5. Put half of the sautéed vegetables in the mold.

6. Form patties.
7. Put the second half of the sautéed vegetables.

8. Fill everything with the following: water, cream, tomato sauce (you can add regular tomato paste instead of the sauce, but the amount may be different to your taste), salt, pepper, and spices.

9. Simmer in the oven under a closed lid at 180 degrees for about an hour.
