Juicy, soft ribs in 30 minutes: baked or grilled

Method of preparation:
1. For 2 kg of ribs add 1 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of smoked paprika, 1 tbsp of dried garlic.
2. Mix everything and rub the ribs well.
3. Next, the piece should be wrapped in several layers of foil - 4-5.
4. Place on a baking tray and bake for 3 hours at 160 degrees.
5. Next, prepare the sauce with 2 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp teriyaki or unagi sauce.
6. Take out the ribs, uncover and smear the sauce on all sides.
7. Next place it to the oven, increase the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
