  • 300 g flour
  • 150 g of butter
  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 5 apples (equal in size, small)
  • 1 yolk + 1 tbsp of milk
  • 2 tbsp of sugar

1. Beat cottage cheese with a blender.

2. Add soft butter and grind with cottage cheese.

3. Add egg and sugar and mix well.

4. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.

5. Roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

6. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll them into two rectangles.

7. Cover a baking sheet with parchment. Put one part of dough.

8. Peel apples and cut them in half. Put them on the dough. You can put dates, dried apricots and nuts in the middle or sprinkle the apples with cinnamon.
