Juicy chopped cutlets for dinner: cooked with cheese and sour cream

Chicken cutlets can be cooked in different ways – with cheese, with herbs, with breadcrumbs. You can also make chopped cutlets with hard cheese.

Cook Yana shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious chopped cutlets with hard cheese, sour cream, and dill.

Ingredients:

• Chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
• Cheese – 200 g
• Egg – 1 pc.
• Sour cream – 1 tbsp
• Flour – 3 tbsp.
• Dill
• Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the fillet and cheese into cubes and finely chop the dill.

2. Mix all ingredients and form patties with wet hands.

3. Form cutlets, and fry over medium heat under a lid on both sides.
