Juicy chicken fillet under a coat: the perfect dish for dinner
A simple chicken fillet can be used to make a complete meal for the whole family. To do this, you need to put a lot of mushrooms and cheese on the meat, and don't forget about spices. The dish will be ready in just 20 minutes.
The idea of cooking juicy chicken fillet under a cheese coat was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna with the nickname kathycoooks. It turns out to be very satisfying.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- mushrooms - 100 g
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- mozzarella cheese - 100 g
- mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
- favorite spices - to taste
- dried garlic - 2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
2. Place in a baking dish.
3. Add your favorite spices.
4. Spread a little mayonnaise on top.
5. Cut the mushrooms into slices, put them on the chicken fillet in one layer.
6. Finely grate the boiled eggs and cheese for the coat.
7. Add two tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and dried garlic. Mix well.
8. Spread the finished mixture on the mushrooms and spread evenly.
9. Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. At the end of cooking, turn on the "convection" mode for 5 minutes for a golden crust.
10. It is delicious served with buckwheat porridge.
