It's all about the dressing: crab salad in a new way for the Easter table

Crab sticks are a very simple and budget-friendly product that can be the basis for salads and appetizers. They also go well with all foods.

The cook shared a recipe for a delicious crab salad with corn, fresh cucumbers, and cheese dressing on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• crab sticks – 200 g
• canned corn – 1 can
• cucumbers – 3-4 pcs.
• boiled eggs – 5 pcs.
• salt – to taste
• green onions – 2-3 pcs.

Ingredients for the dressing:

• mayonnaise – 150-180 g
• hard cheese – 100 g
• dill – a bunch
• mustard – 1 tsp.
• black pepper – to taste
• garlic – 1-2 cloves (to taste)

Method of preparation:

1️. In a deep bowl, mix the chopped cucumbers, crab sticks, green onions, boiled eggs, canned corn, and salt.

2️. For the dressing: add the finely grated cheese, finely chopped dill, mustard, black pepper, and grated garlic to the mayonnaise, and mix everything.

3️. Add the dressing to the salad and mix.
