Food blogger Iryna Kharchishina (irisha_redko) shared a universal recipe for salted salmon for sandwiches on Instagram. You can eat it the next day.

Ingredients:
- salmon fillet – 400 g
- salt – 30 g
- sugar – 10 g
- zest of 1 lemon
- zest of 1 orange
- dill
Method of preparation:

1. Sprinkle salmon with salt.
2. Sprinkle with sugar on all sides.

3. Leave to marinate for 12 hours in the refrigerator.
4. Remove and dry the salmon.

5. Grate the lemon and orange zest.
6. Chop the dill.
7. Mix everything.

8. Rub the salmon on top with this mixture.
9. Put the salmon in parchment and leave it in the refrigerator for another 2 hours.
