Ingredients:

  • 5 cherry leaves
  • 5 currant leaves
  • 5 black peppercorns
  • 3 allspice peas
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • horseradish leaves
  • dill umbel

  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 50 ml. vinegar 9%

1. Soak the cucumbers in cold water for 2-3 hours.

2. Put horseradish leaves, bay leaves, dill, cherries, currants, pepper and garlic on the bottom of the jar.

3. Then put the cucumbers tightly.

4. Add salt, sugar, and vinegar to each liter jar.

5. Cover the jars with lids, but do not tighten them.

6. Put the jars in a pot of cold water and put them on the stove.

7. When the water in the pot boils, wait 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, take out the jars, pour boiling water over each jar, and tighten the lids. Turn the jars over and wrap them in a blanket until they cool.
