If you are constantly boiling sausages for pasta or frying an omelet with them, it is worth preparing such a product in a new way. Corndogs on sticks have become very popular on social media. Dip a sausage in cheese and then batter and fry it in oil to make a very impressive snack.

Myroslava Pekariuk, a participant in the MasterChef project, shared the idea of making trendy sausage corndogs on Instagram. Children will especially like the dish.

Recipe for sausage corndogs

Ingredients:

  • beef sausages - 8 pcs.
  • toasted cheese - 1 pack
  • corn flakes - 1 packet (small)
  • ketchup, mustard, oil
  • sushi sticks

Ingredients for the dough:

  • wheat flour - 100 g
  • corn flour - 100 g
  • milk - 100 ml
  • water - 100 ml
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • salt

1. Peel and cut the sausages in half.

2. Wrap in slices of toasted cheese.

4. Add sugar, salt and baking powder.

5. Mix all dry ingredients.
