How to make pizza dough to make it thin: a universal idea

This dough can be made with water or milk – it will still be thin. Therefore, if your homemade pizza is more like a pie, you should use the following cooking option. The dish will turn out extremely crispy with any of your favorite toppings.

Ingredients:
- warm milk (water) – 200 ml
- salt –1 tsp
- sugar – 2 tsp,
- live yeast – 25 g,
- flour – 330 g
- vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:
1. Pour salt and sugar into a deep bowl.
2. Add warm milk, and crumbled yeast and stir well with a whisk.
3. Add half of the flour, and make the mass homogeneous.

4. Add the remaining flour and start kneading by hand. The dough should be tight.
5. When the mass has absorbed almost all the flour, add half the oil and knead well.
6. Add the rest of the oil and knead well again.

7. Roll into a ball, cover with a towel, and put in a warm place for 1 hour.
8. Put in the oven preheated to a minimum and turned off. The dough will triple in size.
9. Divide the dough into 2 parts and make 2 round pizzas 36 cm in diameter.

10. Roll out without adding flour. Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil.
11. Make small borders.
12. Lubricate the base with a few spoons of ketchup.

13. Put the toppings to taste.
14. Bake in a preheated 250-degree oven for 10-15 minutes.
