Ingredients:
- 300 ml of 30-33% cream
- 100 ml of milk
- 50 g of sugar, a vanilla stick
- 8-10 g of gelatin and 3-4 tbsp of water to dissolve it
- sabayon sauce: frozen cherries - 400 g, 40 g of sugar and 1 tbsp of cornstarch

1. Add cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla stick (cut it lengthwise and scrape out the seeds) to a saucepan and bring almost to a boil.
2. Remove from the heat.

3. Dilute gelatin according to the instruction and add to the mixture. Stir and strain.
4. Pour into molds. Put in the cold for 2-3 hours.

5. Prepare the sabayon sauce: mix juice from the cherries with sugar, bring to a boil, add starch (diluted in 3 tbsp of cold water) and put everything on the fire until it begins to thicken. Then add cherries and boil everything together for 2 minutes.
