1. Mix the minced meat with salt, pepper, and suneli hops.

2. Put the minced meat on a parchment moistened with water. Spread the minced meat in the shape of a rectangle. Put the chosen filling in the center (a combination of boiled egg and cheese or cheese and fried mushrooms).
