The idea of making marmalade from carrots and apples was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname retsepty_dlya_ditey. It is based on apples and carrots.
Ingredients:
- carrot puree - 60 grams
- applesauce - 100 grams
- orange juice - 40 ml
- coconut semolina - 1 tsp (can be omitted)
- agar-agar - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Apples and carrots to clean.
2. Put in a baking sleeve.
3. Place in the microwave.
4. After cooking, beat with a blender.
5. Add semolina, juice and agar agar to the mashed potatoes.
6. Stir and bring to a boil.
7. Pour into molds.
8. Leave to harden.
