Tangerines can be served on the New Year's table not just as fruit but also as a delicious dessert. You don't even have to bake it. We are talking about a delicious panna cotta. The fruit mousse goes well with the coconut mass and hardens quite quickly.

Ingredients for the coconut layer:
- 400 g full-fat coconut milk
- 30 g of agave syrup
- 2 g of agar-agar
- 10 g of lemon juice
- 5 g of cornstarch
- vanilla

1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly with a silicone spatula.
2. Make sure that no lumps form in the mass.

3. Once it boils, cook for 1 minute and remove from the stove.
4. Pour the finished coconut layer into a bowl in which you will serve the dessert.
5. You can make portions of the dessert in glasses or in a larger bowl. Put it in the refrigerator to stabilize for at least 30 minutes.

6. During this time, prepare the second layer.
Ingredients for the tangerine layer:
- 300 g of peeled tangerines
- 1/2 tsp. of agar-agar
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 5 g of agave syrup

1. Beat the peeled tangerines in a blender.
2. At this stage, you can strain the tangerine puree so that only the juice remains, but you can also make it with the pulp.
3. Pour the puree into a saucepan and add agar-agar, starch and syrup.

4. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute.
5. Pour the tangerine layer on top of the coconut layer and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
