Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious zucchini with cream and herbs, which will be a great option for lunch or dinner.

The recipe for the dish

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2-3 pcs.
  • green onion
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pcs.
  • garlic - 2-3 cloves.
  • cream - 150-200 ml
  • water - 100 ml
  • dill - bunch
  • oil - for frying
  • salt, pepper, seasonings - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut zucchini into rings and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
