How to cook juicy cutlets from dry meat: we tell you what to add

You can make juicy cutlets even from diet meat. To do this, make a delicious filling - butter with a boiled egg. And to make the products really healthy, bake them in the oven.

The idea of cooking juicy cutlets with cheese and egg is published on the smakoluk.ua culinary page on Instagram. The center will be very soft, and the top will be crispy.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of chicken or turkey
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 100-150 g of bun
  • 50 ml of heavy cream
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 50 g of hard cheese
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 tsp. of dill
  • corn flakes (or breadcrumbs)

Method of preparation:

1. For the minced meat, chop the meat, onion, and garlic.

2. Add the bread roll, soaked in milk beforehand.

3. Season with salt and pepper, add cream.

4. Mix the minced meat well and "beat off".

5. For the filling, grate the boiled eggs on a coarse grater.

6. Add them to the soft butter.

7. Add dill and a little salt.

8. Mix everything.

9. Form cutlets with the filling.

10. Roll in corn flakes or breadcrumbs.

11. Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

12. Bake at 180 degrees until tender.
