Ingredients:

  • Dorado
  • Capi pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and clean the fish, pat dry with a paper towel.

2. Cut the lemon into two halves and pour one half over both sides of the fish. Season with salt and Italian herbs.
