- cauliflower - 1/2 pc.
- bell pepper - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- chili pepper

- flour - 150 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water
Ingredients for the sauce:
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- sugar - 1/2 tbsp
- white wine - 1 tbsp.

1. For the batter, mix flour, salt and water. You should get the consistency of sour cream.
2. Divide cauliflower into florets and dip each one in the batter.
