The most successful pancakes are made from kefir dough. But it is very important not to miscalculate the amount of this component - everything should be in clear proportions. Also, don't forget about the temperature.

The idea of making fluffy fried pancakes with kefir was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alina with the nickname alin_withkitchen. It is delicious served with honey and nuts.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • warm kefir - 260 g
  • sugar - 25 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • flour - 240 g
  • soda + vinegar (to extinguish)

Method of preparation:

1. Eggs should be at room temperature. Mix them with sugar and salt.

2. Beat with a whisk.

3. Gradually add warm kefir (heat in the microwave).

4. Add the sifted flour in parts as well.

5. Add baking soda slaked with vinegar, mix.

6. Leave for 10 minutes and do not stir anymore.

7. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until browned.

8. Put on a plate.

9. Drizzle with honey.

10. Sprinkle with nuts.
