How many eggs are needed for a lush Charlotte: share the recipe

One of the tastiest and easiest pies to make is Charlotte. It can be made with apples, berries, and nuts.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious Charlotte with strawberries, which will be very lush and tall.

Ingredients:

• 5 eggs
• 200 g of sugar
• 200 g of flour
• a pinch of salt
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• vanilla / vanilla sugar
• 200-250 g. strawberries
• almond flakes

Method of preparation:

1. Add salt and sugar to the eggs, and use a mixer to beat the mass until white.

2. Add the flour and baking powder in two stages and mix gently with a spatula.

3. Pour the batter into a baking dish, top with strawberry halves, and sprinkle with almond chips.

4. Put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
