Hot ham and sauerkraut sandwiches for breakfast: the simplest recipe

Another option for an ideal breakfast is sandwiches, which can be prepared with various fillings and sauces.
Chef Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for delicious sauerkraut and ham sandwiches on his website.
Ingredients:
- black bread - 4 pieces
- sauerkraut - 100 g
- ham - 4 slices
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- sweet mustard - 2 tbsp.
- parsley - 2 sprigs
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Squeeze the juice well from the cabbage and chop finely.
3. Wash parsley. Chop finely and add to the cabbage.
4. Spread mustard on bread, put cheese on top, then ham and cabbage and cover with bread.
5. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Cut the finished sandwich in half!
