Homemade veal sandwich instead of fast food burgers: how to cook

  • veal neck - 300 g
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 tbsp of flour
  • lettuce leaves
  • a ball of mozzarella
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • 2 large pieces of bread

  • 2 tsp of French mustard
  • 2 small pickled cucumbers
  • butter for frying
  • salt, pepper to taste

1. Brush the meat with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Fry on all sides in olive oil until golden brown.
