Hearty zucchini cake: how to make a versatile and simple dish

Zucchini is a versatile vegetable whose season begins in summer. This product is quite unpretentious and budget-friendly, so it is an ideal ingredient for many dishes. And these are not only fried zucchini rings in batter but also a full-fledged cake.

A simple idea for making a hearty zucchini cake was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Mariana (matiko_offc).

Ingredients:

  • zucchini – 1 pc.
  • carrot – 1 pc
  • onion – 1 pc
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
  • flour – to taste
  • spices

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the vegetables on a coarse grater.
