Recipe

Ingredients:

  • quality dumplings - 800 g
  • potatoes - 2-3 pcs.
  • water - 2.5 liters
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • chanterelles - 2 handfuls (optional)
  • butter - 30 g
  • processed cheese - 2 pcs.
  • salt, bay leaf
  • fresh herbs for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Cut potatoes and cook until soft.

2. Grate carrots and fry with onions and mushrooms in butter until tender.

3. Add grated processed cheese and pour dumplings into the soup. Add spices and cook for a few more minutes.
