Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 700 g
  • fresh mushrooms - 600 g
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • butter - 40 g
  • salt, pepper, herbs - to taste
  • oil for frying - 10 g
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • water - 300 g

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.

2. Add garlic, mushrooms in slices and butter.

3. Cook until the liquid is completely evaporated, add your favorite spices.

4. Put the potatoes in a baking dish.

5. Add salt, mushrooms and another layer of potatoes.

6. Fill with water.

7. Cover the mold with foil, put in the oven for an hour at 200 degrees.

8. Remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese, and put in the oven for another 10 minutes.
