Healthy homemade sugar-free cookies: you only need 5 simple ingredients

If you just can't drink tea or coffee without sweets, make these cookies. They contain only healthy ingredients and no sugar. Eating such sweets will definitely not affect your figure.

The idea of making healthy homemade sugar-free cookies is published on the tastystories.feed culinary page on Instagram. You only need 5 ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • banana – 2 pcs.
  • sesame seeds – 120 g
  • flour – 1 tbsp (you can use rice)
  • sugar-free chocolate – a bar (90-100 g)
  • pistachios – a handful

Method of preparation:

1. Pre-fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.

2. Put bananas in a deep plate and mash with a fork.

3. Add the toasted sesame seeds and flour, and stir.

4. Put it on the parchment and make a depression in the middle with a spoon.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

6. Take out and, while the cookies are still hot, press the hole in the middle with your finger, as it may have risen while baking.

7. Leave to cool.

8. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

9. Put the chocolate inside the cookies and sprinkle with chopped pistachios, seeds, or cranberries.

10. You can eat immediately or after cooling.
