Cottage cheese casserole is an elementary version of home baking. Traditionally, it is made with regular wheat flour. But to make the dessert less caloric and fluffy, you should replace the usual ingredient. And be sure to add seasonal strawberries, which are now available everywhere.

Ingredients:
- soft cheese – 650 g
- sugar – 100 g (5 tbsp)
- semolina – 40 g (3 tbsp)
- eggs – 4 pcs
- strawberries – 150 g

Method of preparation:
1. Combine cottage cheese, sugar, semolina, and egg yolks, then mix until smooth.
2. Beat the whites separately until thick peaks.

3. Gently blend with a spatula to create an airy texture.

4. Transfer to a baking dish and flatten.

5. Cut the strawberries in half or into 4 pieces if the berry is large, garnish the casserole.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
