Sweet and tasty candy can even be healthy. You just need to use the right ingredients. Traditional sugar, flour, and chocolate are definitely not in this dessert.
The idea of making healthy coconut sweets was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tetiana with the nickname little_daniel_blw. The main ingredient is coconut flakes.
Ingredients:
- 70 g coconut flakes + 20 g for candy decoration
- 2 tbsp. ground oatmeal
- 40 ml of coconut cream (or coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
Method of preparation:
1. Blend the coconut flakes in a blender until finer.
2. Whisk the oatmeal into the flour.
3. Melt the coconut oil.
4. Combine all the ingredients and let the mixture rest for 5 minutes.
5. Form the balls.
6. Roll them in the remaining chips.
