Healthy asparagus with parmesan in 10 minutes: the easiest recipe for dinner

Ingredients:
- asparagus - 100-200 g
- olive oil - 1 tbsp
- butter - 20 g
- garlic - 1 clove
- parmesan cheese - 20 g
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry asparagus. Cut off dry ends. If the stems are thick, peel the skin from the bottom.
2. Pour oil into a frying pan, add a whole clove of garlic, heat for about a minute and remove. Add a piece of butter and then the asparagus. Fry for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Put the cooked asparagus on a plate, season with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and grated parmesan cheese. It will be very tasty and healthy!
