Fragrant lemon cookies in 20 minutes: it will turn out very tasty

Chef Oleksiy Kryuchkov shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, flavorful lemon cookies that take only 20 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:

• flour 340 g
• sugar - 100 g
• eggs - 2 pcs.
• butter - 100 g
• lemon zest
• lemon juice - 40 g
• baking powder - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the butter with sugar, add eggs, flour, baking powder, lemon juice and zest, beat well. Put the finished dough in the freezer for a few minutes.

2. Form the dough into balls with your hands and roll in flour.

3. Put them on parchment, bake for 20 minutes at 180 C.
