Fluffy apple cake for tea without yeast: easy to prepare

Ingredients:

• eggs 4 pcs.
• apples 3 pcs.
• sugar 150 g
• flour 200 g
• baking powder 1 tsp.
• a pinch of salt
• vanilla sugar

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy.

2. Add the chopped apples.

3. Next, flour and baking powder.
