Festive salad with chicken and corn: perfect for New Year's table

• boiled chicken fillet - 300 g.
• walnuts - 80 g.
• canned corn - 200 g.
• fresh champignons (or canned) - 200 g.
• sour cream - 3 tbsp + 1 tsp mustard
• boiled chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
• salt, pepper - to taste
• vegetable oil (for greasing the frying pan) - 5 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Divide the fillet into fibers.

2. Fry the mushrooms in a drop of oil.

3. Grate the eggs.

4. Layer the salad starting with meat, mushrooms, corn, and then eggs.

5. Spread each layer with sour cream, salt and pepper, and add your favorite spices.

6. Garnish with chopped walnuts and herbs.
