Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh/frozen spinach
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of flour
- a pinch of salt

- 250 g cream cheese
- 180 g of red fish
- 1 cucumber

1. Defrost the spinach and squeeze out excess water.
2. Add the egg yolks, beat with a blender until smooth for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add the sifted flour and mix gently with a spatula.
4. Beat the egg whites with salt with a mixer until light and fluffy and add to the dough in 2-3 stages.

5. Gently mix with a spatula from the bottom up.
6. Put the dough evenly on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

7. Transfer to a surface, cover with a new parchment, turn over, remove the one on which it was baked, and cool.
8. Spread the cream cheese evenly, put the cucumber and red fish cut into strips.

9. Roll gently into a roll, wrap tightly with parchment and leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
