Instead of a variety of cakes for tea, you can make this sponge cake roll. The dough is simple, and juicy apples are perfect for the filling. The filling is very juicy.

The idea of making a fluffy sponge cake roll with apples was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olga Kobyk (oliakobyk). You can choose any apples.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 0.5 tsp of vanilla sugar
  • 80 g of flour
  • 0.5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 pack of Galaretka

Method of preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

2. Add the flour and baking powder and mix until smooth.

3. Peel and grate the apples on a coarse grater, add the Galaretka.

4. Put the apples on a greased parchment in a baking sheet and smooth over the entire surface.

5. Pour the dough on top and put in the oven.

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

7. Remove from the oven, turn the apples upside down, remove the parchment and roll into a roll.
