In order not to buy a chemical lubricant in the store, make it at home with useful ingredients. Take an avocado for the base. It will make a light and nutritious snack. All you need to do is add a few simple ingredients and blend everything in a blender.

Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 180 g of soft butter (from 82% fat)

Method of preparation:
1. In the bowl of a blender, combine the diced soft butter, peeled and finely chopped avocado, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Beat everything until smooth.
3. Transfer to a deep bowl.
