Instead of multi-layered cakes, you can make this simple dessert in a bowl. It is based on an ordinary sponge cake, which does not need to be cut and soaked exactly - just crush it into crumbs. It is topped with chocolate fondant.

  • egg - 3 pcs
  • sugar - 100 g
  • wheat flour - 60 g
  • corn starch - 20 g
  • cocoa - 10 g
  • baking powder - 3 g

Bake at 160 degrees until a toothpick comes out dry.

  • flour - 30 g
  • egg - 1 pc
  • dark chocolate - 140 grams

  • 500 ml of milk (bring to a boil)

1. Add sugar, egg, starch and flour to 100 ml of milk.

2. Stir until smooth and pour into the boiling milk.

3. Cook for 2-4 minutes until thickened. The mass thickens quickly, add the chocolate and stir until the chocolate dissolves.

4. The cream is ready - let it cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.

5. Grind the sponge cake into crumbs.
