Ingredients for the dough:

  • butter - 100 g
  • flour - 250 g
  • eggs - 1 pc
  • salt - a pinch
  • water - 3 tbsp.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • chicken fillet - 300 g
  • mushrooms - 200 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • cream - 200 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste

1. Sift the flour and grate the cold butter.

2. Combine with the egg, salt and water.

3. Form a layer of dough and leave it in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Mushrooms for the dish

4. Finely chop the onion and fry it. Do the same with chicken and mushrooms.

5. Roll out the dough, put it into the mold and form the sides.
