Egg rolls with crab-cheese stuffing: a simple recipe for a delicious meal in 10 minutes

Culinarian Daria shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious egg rolls, with a cheese and crab filling.

Ingredients:

• eggs - 4 pcs.
• crab sticks - 200 g
• cheese - 100 g
• mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
• garlic - 1 tooth.
• salt, pepper - to taste
• vegetable oil for frying

Method of cooking:

1. Whisk the eggs with salt.

2. Heat a frying pan with oil, fry the pancakes.

3. Boil the eggs, grate them together with the crab sticks, put them in a bowl, add the grated garlic, mayonnaise, spices and mix well.

4. Spread the filling on the pancakes, roll up and cut into portions.
