Invisible stands for a weightless apple pie that just melts in your mouth. It's all about a very delicate dough, which becomes very lush after baking. Such a dessert can become a competitor even to the world-famous charlotte.

Ingredients:
- apples - 700 g
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 50 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- salt - a pinch
- milk - 100 g
- butter - 30 g
- flour - 80 g
- leavening agent - 7 g

1. Peel apples and remove the core. Cut into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice.
2. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to a light foam.

3. Add milk, melted butter, sifted flour and baking powder.
4. Stir until smooth.

5. Add apples to the batter and mix well, making sure each piece is in the batter.
6. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, level and sprinkle with flaked almonds.

7 Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes, but it all depends on the power of the oven.
8. If the top burns, cover with foil.

9. Allow to cool. Warm pie will be delicious with ice cream, while cold one will go well on its own.
