Biliashi can be cooked in a frying pan or the oven. It is very important to make a good dough and choose the right meat for the filling to make them juicy.

Ingredients:
- Warm water - 300 ml.
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Wheat flour - 500 g
- Fresh yeast - 20 g
The filling:
- Beef - 250 g
- Pork - 250 g
- Onion - 500 g
- A bunch of parsley
- Dried chili flakes
- Salt
- Black pepper
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough: combine all the ingredients and knead the dough, leave it in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. Then knead it again, divide it into 6 equal parts, and let it stand for another 10 minutes.

2. Press the round pieces of dough lightly into a flat shape, put the filling on each, and pinch the edges, let it rise for another 10 minutes.

3. And only then gently stretch the large biliash with your fingertips, being careful not to tear the dough. If it tears in places, pinch it again. While the oil is heating, cover the biliashi with cling film to make them even more airy.
How to cook biliashi correctly
4. The oil should be very hot, 180C-200C, and fry the biliashi on both sides until golden brown.
5. Put on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
