If you have breakfast oatmeal in the fridge from yesterday, don't rush to throw it away. Oatmeal is great for making pancakes. You just need to make the dough and fry it in portions in a frying pan - it will take you a maximum of 15 minutes.

The idea of making healthy pancakes from yesterday's oatmeal was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Lilia with the nickname twins.mom.8. They will be even more satisfying than just boiled porridge.

Ingredients:

  • rolled oats - 4 tbsp with a slide
  • finely chopped boiled broccoli
  • egg - 1 pc
  • thick yogurt - 2 teaspoons with a slide
  • cottage cheese - 15-20 grams

Method of preparation:

1. Finely chop or grate the broccoli and cheese.

2. Combine all ingredients.

3. If desired, add salt, greens, spices, garlic.

4. Heat a frying pan with a drop of oil.

5. Spoon in the dough and press lightly against the wall of the container to "compress" the mass.

6. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
