Ingredients:
- rolled oats - 4 tbsp with a slide
- finely chopped boiled broccoli
- egg - 1 pc
- thick yogurt - 2 teaspoons with a slide
- cottage cheese - 15-20 grams

1. Finely chop or grate the broccoli and cheese.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. If desired, add salt, greens, spices, garlic.
