Ingredients:
- 150 g orange peel (2 large oranges) 🍊
- 170 g of sugar
- 500 ml of water
- a pinch of salt

1. Wash oranges well and peel them.
2. Cut into strips and cover with water overnight.

3. Drain and add a little salt.
4. Put on fire and boil for a few minutes (to remove bitterness).
5. Pour water again and add sugar.

6. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.

7. Remove from heat and leave for 3-4 hours.
8. Put it back on fire.
9. Bring to a boil, boil and set aside. Do this for two days. It should be boiled about 2-3 times a day.
