  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • 4-5 tbsp. oil

1. Rinse the potatoes well and dry them with a paper towel.

2. Add all the spices, vegetable oil, mix thoroughly and leave for 10-15 minutes.

3. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment.

4. Bake at 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
